IEGS2013 Summer Cup battle

REGARDING PLATFORMS
- All matches must be played on Inazuma Eleven GO Strikers 2013.
- All matches must be played via Wiimmfi. No netplay.
- Wii players are allowed to play from their console.
- Dolphin players must play on beta version 5.0-14344 or a more recent dev build.

- If you already have a beta/dev version you can go into Help > Find Updates to download the latest version of Dolphin, which will be okay for the tournament
- Major “stable” Dolphin versions like 5.0, 4.0.2 and older versions are not allowed, due to the lack of important features, as well as poorer performance.
- Dolphin players must be using Windows or macOS as their operating system.
- Playing on Android or iOS is strictly forbidden.

 2.RESTRICTIONS

Doing Miximax  is forbidden 

Keshins / Armed Keshins moves are allowed
- The various techniques used to score without moves ("Nomash") are allowed
- You cannot use moves that a player is not supposed to learn
- Every single player of the entire game can be used on your team as long as you are not against the rule below.

If you are against these rules, you will lose by 0-5.

Make sure you shouldn't  abuse others. Also no intent crash is desirable.

special restriction

• 4 characters who can use "burning summer" in the game ( it means you should equip this hissatsu technique to the characters) must be on the field all the time.

example 

•  bad ×　
  hayabusa( white blade) ,drim and gaura (spinning upper), and ward  are on the field

•  good ✔　
  hayabusa,drim,ward and margal  (all burning summer) and dande(all delete) are on the field

❕　extremely important restrictions　❕

A support character (manager)  in your team must be Nelly.(Natsumi)

If you violate this rule, you will immediately lose a match by 0-99.

 

3.Special Rules

You could get 3 points if you goal by Natsumi(nelly) or Nepper 

but there are some exceptions.

about normal shoots

If your Nepper gets a goal by a normal shoot Natsumi cannot use, it would be just 1 point.

To be concrete, they are single rush,through pass and rush into a goal,and so on.　
; using techinique action red rush　

These are because Nepper is stronger to get goals by certain normal shoots.

If there are own goals by defending their normal shoots, it will be 1 point.

about hissatsu shoot 

If Natsumi(Nelly) shoots " The Earth" and gets a goal, it would be 10 points.
(won't be adapted if the shoot is from others)

You are free to use these 2 characters. So it would be ok if neither is in your team.

Also,when they get a goal by penalty kick, it would be 1 point.
Since it is hard to distinguish after a game is done, I recommend you not to choose them to become a kicker before a game starts.
