【IEGS2013】Element max challenge

This is a tournament which has special rules.

 It is a kind of attribution limited battle,and it is same to choose 1 element when you participate.  In addition, you can use characters who have other elements as long as you attach hissatsu technique whose element coincides with one you decide.

 I will show more rules, considering choosing wind element for example. 

Rules (when you choose wind)

• Wind element characters like Tenma, are allowed to use everything without no restriction unless it isn't supposed to be learned. 
  This means you can use Keshin,deep jungle,mixitrans,and so on.
  
  
• Characters who have other elements can be also in a team. They are allowed to use only wind hissatsu. If you use someoka(kevin), you can attach "dragon blaster" and "wyvern blizard". The rest of hissatsu should be removed.
  
  

Common rules

• Characters treated as same are allowed only one of them.
  You cannot use 2 Tenma(Arion). 
  
  
• About miximax of other elements
   Generally,if a miximax-hissatsu is not an element which you decide, the character shouldn't mixitrans. For example, torb(sor) in a wood team can't mixitrans.
   Exceptionally, Arthur Tenma, who gets sword of king and Saikyo Eleven Hadoh, is allowed to mixitrans in an earth team. Of course don't shoot.
   If a miximax-hissatsu has the same element you decide, it is OK. In a wind team you can use Cao-Cao x Zanark by removing all other hissatsu.

• Earth+Void
   You can decide 1 element from 4, but earth team also integrates void.
   According to the rules above, if you choose earth and void, for example Hakuryu is allowed to use sprint warp,zero magnum,sword excalibur,and great blaster.
   On this game there are no void characters but on tcg shadow has void element。
  This time shadow is allowed to use every hissatsu in the earth and void team.
  
  
  

It will be held this weekend or next weekend. A tournament system depends on how many participants will come.
